  Synopsis : This course introduces and emphasizes basic knowledge and skills related to aspects of building services. It consists of practices and laws of building services, water supply, sewage and waste handling systems, ventilation and lighting, air-conditioning systems, electrical supply systems, gas installations, and building mechanical systems. Understanding and skills in selecting and using equipment and materials as well as aspects related to safety also will be emphasized.
