This laboratory course is designed to expose students to conduct basics microbiology and biochemistry. The students will be subjected to handling bacterial culture, and analysis of biomolecule such as enzyme, DNA, proteins and carbohydrate.
- Explain and demonstrate simple techniques for handling bacterial culture such as its growth control, aseptic culturing techniques, staining and microscopic observation.
- Analyze and evaluate biochemical analysis on biomolecules such as DNA, protein and carbohydrate
- Effectively work in a team to accomplish the experiment.
- Effectively apply good and safe practice in laboratory.
