  Synopsis : This course concentrates on the development of knowledge and understanding towards the requirements and management of construction safety. This comprises of an introduction to construction safety, legislation and regulation of construction safety and safety information sources. Causes and sources of construction accidents, accident prevention, safety policy organisation and management, implementation and controlling of construction safety. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will demonstrate construction management knowledge and skills related to construction safety and health program.
